Start by placing all the switches on the circuit board and solder them on the back
Add the mono jacks and being careful they are properly in place proceed to solder them
Disassemble the banana jacks
Place the banana jacks on the front panel as illustrated and tighten them
Put together the PCB and the front panel, then solder the back of the banana jacks to the board.
Done!
